When putting on your makeup when heading out to the parade route, you never really know how long you will stay out there. You will most likely be at the parade for hours. The weather in New Orleans, especially during the Carnival season, can be very unpredictable. It can be freezing cold or scorching hot, and there is always the chance for a shower that wasn’t predicted. These conditions can wreak havoc on your Carnival makeup.
