IMPORTANT

Your PMU consultation, up to one hour, is free.

If you miss your consultation you will be charged $100 for your rescheduled consultation.  We will schedule your PMU procedure at your consultation.

If you miss your procedure, you will be charged $250 at your rescheduled procedure.  This fee is in addition to the normal PMU procedure fee.

IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, UNFORTUNATELY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES FROM DINA.

Cancer,  AIDS,  Hepatitis,  Hemophilia,  Herpes,  Diabetics  (insulin dependent),  Cortisone Allergy,  Chronic Asthma,  Epilepsy, Claustrophobia,  Aspirin Dependency,  and  Pregnant/Breast-Feeding Women
